“It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing to recommend JMB Architects. John was the architect of our home in Elmhurst. We also further utilized his expertise for color rendering services for our home exterior. First and foremost, John is clearly an incredible architect. The homes he designs are stunning, and his floorplans are so thoughtful and functional. We met with him several times during the process and his knowledge and creativity was so impressive. In addition to the art and science of home architecture, John also has extensive knowledge in other areas of building which were extremely helpful when building a home (e.g., costs, home value, city codes). In addition to being an expert in his field, he was also able to effectively communicate complex ideas, challenges, recommendations and solutions to us in ways that we could understand. He treated us like contributing members of his team when working on our home, which we found to be so unique and professional. Instead of telling us we couldn’t do something, he came up with workable and creative ways to achieve what we were looking for.
